Want to get your Hawaii Real Estate License? Students who enjoy having a structured learning schedule and classroom experience with the Instructor and other classmates should choose this option of taking the required course. There is also a self-paced "on-demand" course option (see main page) for students who prefer to learn at their own pace. Access to the online course / attendance in one 3 week Instructor Series is included in your registration. Textbooks are also included and mailed via USPS. See the main page for a full list of features. In addition to attending the zoom classes, students need to take their quizzes and final exam in their student account to pass the course (70% required). Retakes are permitted for no additional fee if needed. Upon passing this course, students will receive their certificate which will allow them to take the state licensing exam.
